Momiji's story on the dumb traveller is quite morbid and tragic, even more surprising is Momiji's age. Seeing the Hostess already being such a strange woman makes me curious to see how strange her kid, the monkey zodiac, is.

The traveller's story was so dark but at the same time it's touching.

As I read through the story momiji told us. I could feel nothing but terror, the kind that waits in the guise of a friend- the worst kind. It was truly striking in the worst places of my mind if I think about it carefully. But, it also shows what tohru is and will be. People with hidden sides to them will take advantage of her, not really thinking they are doing anything bad towards her. In the end, they are also demons. After which, the real demons come by - I believe Shigure and akito to be the most influential of these - I don't suppose they do anything bad up until a certain point, but they do do something. It all stops with the least demonic friends tohru has, who help light her way in stead of her helping them - kyo and yuki. I feel a dread, something really bad was hinted here...

First timers should absolutely be able to read the comments of an episode they just watched and not have to worry about someone spoiling the rest of the show. This idea that it’s on the person getting spoiled not to let themselves see the people posting future stuff to early is ridiculous

its truly a heartwarming storytelling by Momiji even though the storyline seems a bit spook but the message is clear that even though the traveler is being tricked & manipulated upon by humans & monster until his final tears, he still grateful that someone appreciate his gifts.
Similarly, Tohru's kindness truly inspires peoples around her but I do hope she will never be taken granted

Because the rules in japanese schools are very strict - students can't even dye their hair any unnatural colour. Even a natural light colour is seen as "unusual" so kids like that prefer to dye their hair black to fit in.

(Oh, and I guess Haru's haircut is a factor too, I mean the undercut. Also idk if his white hair is natural? Since Kyo's is orange but he keeps it because it's natural, maybe that will apply to Haru too)
